Machine description:
Stoker is a screw feeder that transports fuel from the distribution bin through the pipe to the combustion chamber.
Depending on the material being transported, different sizes of the screw and different pitches are used.
In the case of double or triple feeders, a mixing arm is used to ensure an even distribution of material in the pipes.
Used technique:
Design automation was created for all variants predicted. All parts are standard and taken from ContentCenter database.
The modeling type was used: ContentCenter-To-Assembly (about types, you can read here).
User Interface:
The interface and model have been designed for people with minimal knowledge
of the machine's operation. The occurrence of an error during construction
has been minimized due to built-in safety functions. All correlations
in the model and replacement of parts occur automatically.
The user's action is limited to selecting or providing the appropriate values.
